TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SERVICES AND EVENTS 
OF RELATIONSHIP CODE & RELATIONSHIP CODE USA


You confirm that no inducements in the form of promises or results to be gained by you have been offered or promised to you. You agree to participate in any event or mentoring (the "services" as defined below) of your own free will and risk in order to improve your life.

You specifically ACKNOWLEDGE that upon any payment being made these TERMS and CONDITIONS are agreed and ACKNOWLEDGED by you as a contract between yourself and Cre8 Awaken Pty Ltd trading as The Relationship Code and The Crucible Event (RC). In the USA Landau Enterprises LLC trading as Relationship Code USA. (RCUSA)

You acknowledge that you have not been told to alter, reduce or stop any medication that you may be taking at this time. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own own health and well-being during any event held by RC & RCUSA and that should you feel unwell at any time you will advise one of the staff immediately. If you have any doubts on this matter we recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified heath professional, prior to undertaking any event held by Cre8 Awaken Pty Ltd (RC) or (RCUSA).

You acknowledge that certain parts of some events will be video recorded and you acknowledge and give all rights and permission to Cre8 Awaken Pty Ltd RC & RCUSA to use those recordings in whatever form they require for the purpose of training, education and promotion or any other purpose. You also acknowledge that those recording may be edited to suit the context in which they are used.

You willingly and knowing assume for yourself and your heirs, family members, executers and assigns all risk of physical injury and mental and emotional upset which may occur during or after any event or and you irrevocably hereby agree to hold RC & RCUSA, its officers, directors, employees, agents and/ or volunteers harmless from any and all liability arising out of my participation in any event held by RC & RCUSA. You agree to irrevocably release RC & RCUSA, its employees or agents from all responsibility or liability for any decisions or actions you make after completing any RC & RCUSA event or service.

RC & RCUSA will do its utmost to ensure you receive full benefit from the options it will show you on how to improve your life. You agree
you are responsible for your own choices. 

You agree that all information, strategies, sayings and written public and private information shall not be used in any way public or private without our express written permission. 

PROGRAMS AND TERM COACHING ("SERVICES")

The Code event, Kingdom event, Meditation Retreat, Crucible event, Feminine retreat (the "services") are live events that begin once you have enrolled by provision of our videos, emails and online advice. You also specifically acknowledge that these are provided for business and commercial enterprise purposes.

1:1 coaching (13 sessions in total ), wealth or business mentoring (6 months period), warrior crucible brotherhood (12 months period) (also the "services") are for set periods of time and even if on a payment system, are a contractual commitment for that set period of time of for a set number of sessions. Once committed and commenced all payments must be made fully and are not refundable or able to be cancelled. This is an express term of all agreements.

INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT

You must pay to RC or RCUSA in consideration of the "Services":

(a) The investment sum in one lump sum on the placing of your Application Form by you without set off, deduction or
counterclaim.
(b) Once paid the full amount due or deposit, your subscription has commenced due to the onboarding provision of services and there is no refund available under consumer Law; or
(c) If we have agreed that you may pay by instalment, you must pay each instalment to us in full and without set off or
deduction the instalment sum on the instalment  Payment Date and your services have begun due to our Discovery call and coaching provided.
(d) You agree to make all payments whether or not you attend or complete the services. If you do not attend any event or do not pay in full, no monies will be refunded, This is an express term of all agreements.
(e) A $25.00 administration fee will be charged to your account for each occurrence of a denied credit card authorization
and late payment.
(f) If you should not pay to us an instalment Sum by the instalment payment date for that Sum then ALL monies owing by you to us become due and owing and must be immediately paid to us without set off or deduction or counterclaim and without need for further demand.
(g) You expressly confirm that upon the first payment and access to online service via emails and videos provided and thereby given, that you have begun to receive the services as defined under Australian Consumer Law. or US consumer Law whichever is applicable.

If payments are not made by the due dates, your place at the Event may be cancelled and no refund or credit will be given.

TRANSFERRING A CODE EVENT

In the event that you are unable to attend the Code event you have booked and paid for, you can transfer your place to a nominated new attendee subject to notifying us and providing us with their full contact details at least 30 days before the event starts. An administration fee of $100 will apply.

You expressly agree that your admission to a Code event will expire one year from that date you have paid for the event. Should you not attend within that period your right to attend WILL be cancelled and no refund will be given.

You are eligible to transfer your event ONCE only, with an admin fee of $100 after which should you not attend, then your fee and attendance will be cancelled and no REFUND will be due or given. These are express terms of all agreements.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENTS

You agree that we may cancel events with 7 days notice. In such instance RC & RCUSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you such as flights, accommodation or other expenditure you may have incurred. You agree and acknowledge that you enter into any event or service with RC & RCUSA at your own risk in regard to additional expenses. In the event of cancellation, any monies for entry to the event itself ONLY, paid to RC & RCUSA for the event services, will be repaid in full.

You agree that we may postpone an event for up to three years and should that occur you are not entitled to a refund of any monies paid for that event.  In such instance of postponement, RC & RCUSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you such as flights, accommodation or other expenditure you may have incurred. 

You acknowledge by paying a deposit or any form of payment, for any event or service offered by RC & RCUSA, that the delivery of your online services have begun and under Australian Consumer Law a contract has been created  and that you accept the terms of this Agreement, that you have read it, understand it and have agreed with its Terms and conditions without reservation. You also acknowledge that upon payment, this is a binding contract between yourself and RC & RCUSA

PURCHASE OF A KINGDOM OR WEALTH PACKAGE ("PACKAGE")

Upon purchase of a package all the above terms and conditions apply and in addition, you will be entitled to attend the Kingdom Event, the Temple Event, a Code Event Refresher and two Code sit ins. Should you not attend any of these events within a period of two years from the purchase date, you specifically agree that your rights to attend become void.  NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE as your service has begun with your after event call and are for business and commercial enterprise purposes. This is an essential term of all agreements.

No accomodation or air fares to attend are included in your package, these must be arranged at your own cost.

Your right to attend these events under this package is not transferable and is applicable to yourself solely unless we otherwise agree.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. RWC and its staff are not licensed medical or mental health care providers, accountants, lawyers or investment advisors. The Program Services, Products, Platform, Content and other Services are not intended as a substitute for licensed professional advice.

i. NO MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CARE ADVICE. The Program Services cannot replace, nor is it intended to represent, a health care patient-provider or other mental health patient-provider relationship. The Program Services, Platform, Products, Content and other Services made available to Participant MUST NOT be construed as offering such medical or mental health care advice. All participants are  advised to consult with a licensed professional for diagnosis and treatment for specific health concerns or problems, including, but not limited to, medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. You agree you are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence consultation before making any medical or other mental health care decisions.

ii. NO INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS OR PROFESSIONAL ADVISE. The Program Services are not intended to provide tax, legal, insurance or other investment advice and the Program Services, Platform, Products, Content and other Services made available to you MUST NOT be construed as offering such advice. You agree you are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence and we strongly recommend you seek professional advice before making any tax, legal, insurance or other investment decisions.


RC reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Disclosure of Personal Information
We are committed to your privacy and your Personal Information will only be disclosed in strict limited circumstances:

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
